Esacore STT

ESACORE STT is a sandwich panel consisting of a core of aluminium honeycomb and and two surfaces of high pressure laminate in the multiple choice of colours, textures, finishes and designs of the Abet group..

It is extensively used for the construction of  anteriors or application where it is required as a panel-type decoration. 
The construction technique is the more commonly referred to as: a core of aluminium honeycomb on which are bonded together with an adhesive and protective film, two surfaces of high pressure laminate

This particular structural arrangement allows the panel Esacore STT to stay within extremely low weight values: instead of applying the decorative sheets on a sandwich panel already built (i.e. with surfaces, in general, of aluminium 0.5 to 0.8 mm thick), laminates are glued directly on the honeycomb, enabling considerable savings in weight (3-4 kg / m2 less) and keeping remarkable mechanical strength, typical of sandwich panels with honeycomb core of aluminium.
In addition, the panel ESACORE STT complies,  relating to the conduct of fire / smoke, several requirements in the naval (IMO) and rail (NF) certifications.
